Beacon House Tales

You may not be able to judge a book by its cover, but you certainly can gain insight about the spirit of a community through its stories. Beacon House Tales is a collection that resulted from a writing contest on Protection Island. Once upon a time, its location in the Salish Sea, off the coast of British Columbia, made it a hideout for pirates and smugglers. These pages uncover pearls from the lives of today’s colourful inhabitants.

Because everybody has a story to tell.
