Better known as the PDBA, the Parksville Downtown Business Association is a non-profit organization, registered in 2006, for the express purpose of administering the Business Improvement Area (BIA) of the downtown.
There are 141 property owners and 249 businesses within the PDBA area. All are members of the PDBA.
